"Good selection, but kinda exhausting"
They do have a decent amount of stuff to choose from, which is nice, but a few things I actually needed were out of stock. At this point I’m just tired of having to check around or ask again, so it ended up being a bit of a hit-or-miss experience.

"Solid deals for everyday office supplies"
I’ve been ordering our office basics from WB Mason for our small team, my gut feeling after a few orders is that the prices are usually better than what I see elsewhere. Not everything is the absolute cheapest, but for the stuff we buy all the time, it just feels like a good value.
Shipping has been quick too, which is a big plus. I like not having to spend half my day comparing prices just to save a few bucks. It’s been easy, reliable, and has helped us cut costs a bit, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars.

"My order showed up right on time"
Everything went smoothly. My order arrived when it was supposed to, and all the items were correct, right size, right color, right quantity, all that stuff. Nothing was missing, nothing was swapped out, and nothing looked like it had been tossed around. Shipping was fast enough too, not overnight or anything, but definitely reasonable. It was just an easy, no-drama order, which I always appreciate
